I need to cancel iTunes match, please, can't do it on iTunes nor been help over the phone

If you just want to stop it auto-renewing then you should be able to do it either on a computer's iTunes or iOS device : Subscribe to iTunes Match - Apple Support

If that doesn't work, or if you want to stop iTunes Match, then try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

1. Tap Settings > iTunes & App Store.
2. Tap your Apple ID.
3. Tap View Apple ID. If prompted, enter your password.
4. Scroll to the iTunes in the Cloud section.
5. Turn off iTunes Match Renewal

I tried on my computer to cancel my itunes match. I don't need it. I could not find where to cancel. Please cancel for me or tell me how. I do not want my credit card charged.
